After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, mines have been repeatedly found in the Black Sea, which the Russians use to mine the coast of Ukraine. Some of these mines, when they drift into the territorial waters of other countries, are neutralized by Romanian, Bulgarian, and Turkish military diving groups.
