On the night of September 21, Russia launched nine missiles and 16 strike drones at Ukraine. Air defense forces destroyed five missiles and 11 enemy drones, according to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

During the night, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded launches of 25 enemy air attack assets.

The occupiers struck Dnipropetrovsk region with four Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles from occupied Crimea and the Rostov region, as well as five guided air missiles Kh-59/69 from the airspace of the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region.

In addition, the enemy launched 16 Shaheds from Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk.

The attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare units. Air defense forces destroyed five guided air missiles Kh-59/69 and 11 strike drones. Another five drones were lost due to electronic warfare interference.

Air defense operations were conducted in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Sumy, Poltava, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions.

Strike on Kryvyi Rih

On the night of September 21, Russians attacked the private residential sector of Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the attack, three people were killed, including two women and a 12-year-old teenager. Three others were injured.

Additionally, the occupiers struck Dnipro, destroying a building of an educational center. According to preliminary reports, one person was injured.

Rescuers showed the aftermath of the strikes in Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih.
