Russian dictator Vladimir Putin reiterated the claim that the suspects in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow allegedly intended to escape to Ukraine.

Putin claims that allegedly 11 individuals were detained, four of whom supposedly were the direct perpetrators. The dictator stated that the terrorists intended to flee to Ukraine, where a "window" had been prepared for them.

"All four direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack, all those who shot and killed people, have been found and detained. They attempted to flee and were moving towards Ukraine, where, according to preliminary information, a window for crossing the state border had been prepared for them from the Ukrainian side," the dictator said.
