The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has adopted a resolution recognizing Russian President Vladimir Putin as a dictator and his regime as a dictatorship, informs MP Oleksii Honcharenko.

"Just now! PACE has adopted a resolution recognizing the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, as a dictator and Russia as, de facto, a dictatorship!" - announced Honcharenko.

It is noted that 43 deputies voted FOR.

"PACE called on all countries to execute the arrest warrant for Putin, issued by the ICC, and to arrest him. They also called on all countries to consider him illegitimate after his presidential term ends in March next year and to cease all contact with him," added the MP.

In March, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, issued an arrest warrant for the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in the case of the removal of Ukrainian children. The Hague's warrant allows for Putin's arrest outside of Russia and his transfer to the court.
