Putin complains about Ukraine’s rapid military decisions on battlefield

The Russian army is facing problems on the front lines. As combat conditions change every month, or even more frequently, according to Russia's Vladimir Putin.
"You know, I don't want to keep coming back to the same topic, but this is the most painful issue for us. I am talking about everything that is happening on the front line. Every month, and I can say without exaggeration - especially every six months - the conditions and methods of armed struggle are changing," he says.
At the same time, he complains that personnel losses in the war in Ukraine are increasing.
"All it takes is a few weeks of falling behind, and losses increase sharply, or the momentum of advancement slows down," Putin says.
He also adds that even modern Russian weapons are quickly losing their effectiveness.
"Today they work, but in a few weeks the enemy finds a solution - and the effectiveness drops sharply," he says.
Russia's losses in war against Ukraine
