Putin claims capture of Ukraine's Kostiantynivka, but nuance changes everything

Russian leader Vladimir Putin stated that Russian troops allegedly captured the city of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, according to Russian media.
During a meeting with the military, the Russian leader spoke about the alleged successes of the Russian army at the front. According to him, Kramatorsk is allegedly under Russian control.
"Russian control has been established over the city of Kostiantynivka. I want to note that the capture of Kostyantynivka is only the first, but very important, stage in the destruction of the Ukrainian army formation that currently holds the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk-Kostiantynivka, as you called it, fortified area, where the enemy has created a deep echeloned system of fortifications, turning the cities of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, and Kostyantynivka into a single defensive hub," Putin said.
He claims that with the capture of Kostiantynivka, now it is only about the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk line.
However, if you look at the DeepState map, there is no talk of any capture of Kostiantynivka. According to the map, Russian troops are near the settlement, but have not captured it.

"It should also be noted that the Chief of the Russian General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, reported to Putin that Russian troops had allegedly established full control over the Luhansk region. But according to the DeepState map, this is not true."

In addition, Putin himself stated that massive strikes on Ukraine must continue. He says they are targeting military-industrial complex enterprises, but in reality, as is known, each attack destroys ordinary residential buildings.
Battles for the Donetsk region
Recently, the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) stated that Russia had concentrated about 11,000 troops in the tactical area of Kostiantynivka – Druzhkivka.
Also, several weeks ago, Putin claimed that the Russian army was about to capture Kostiantynivka, but the Ukrainian military refuted this. In particular, Yurii Madiar, deputy commander of the 19th Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported on the successful clearance of areas south of Kostiantynivka.
In addition, the ISW warned that Russia could use AI-generated videos to spread false claims about its successes in the Kostiantynivka area.
