Ukraine will significantly intensify attacks on Russian oil refineries in response to the enemy's new "military doctrine," states Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

As the head of state explained, Ukrainian intelligence possesses documents that reveal Moscow's new plans.

It has become known that Russian leader Vladimir Putin has ordered his troops to adhere to a new military doctrine. This involves devastating airstrikes on Kyiv and other major cities in the country.

The Kremlin's primary goal currently is to force Ukrainians to flee their homes.

Russia has begun attacking an increasing number of civilian targets to implement its plan as quickly as possible.

"We saw documents and we know that they allow them ‌attack infrastructure ... logistics ... roads, schools, hospitals, to pressure people to leave the capital, leave different cities. This is the goal of the operation," Zelenskyy warned.

As the head of state explained, the issue is that Putin wants to appear strong at a time when his army is losing positions in a key frontline region and suffering colossal losses.

Incidentally, Zelenskyy previously reported on new successes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine during Operation Vivaldi.

Furthermore, the president explained when Ukraine will first be able to strike Moscow with its own ballistic missiles.
