A massive Russian attack on July 4 damaged the Polish consulate in Kyiv. There were no casualties, according to Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski.

"In a massive Russian attack on Kyiv, the building of our embassy's consular section was damaged. I just spoke with Ambassador Łukasiewicz; everyone is safe and sound. Ukraine urgently needs air defense resources," he said on X.

The Polish Foreign Minister also appealed to US President Donald Trump. Sikorski said that Russian president Vladimir Putin is mocking Trump's peace efforts.

"Please restore supplies of anti-aircraft ammunition to Ukraine and impose tough new sanctions on the aggressor," the Polish minister urged.

Strike on Kyiv

Russians fired 539 drones and 11 missiles at Ukraine today - ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and Kinzhal. The Russians launched a record 330 Shahed drones last night.

According to the Air Force, the main target of the enemy was Kyiv. After the missile and drone attacks, hits were recorded in six districts of the city. More than 20 people were reported injured.

There is a high level of air pollution in Kyiv due to fires after the Russian attack.
