Poland deports 15 Ukrainians: Here's why

Fifteen Ukrainians were forcibly expelled from Poland. RMF24 reported that, according to the border service, they allegedly posed a threat to public order.
According to the outlet, the fifteen Ukrainian citizens were deported from Poland. Border guards forcibly escorted them to the border and handed them over to the Ukrainian authorities.
The Polish Border Guard stated that the Ukrainians who were deported had multiple convictions for theft, robbery, or driving under the influence, and posed a threat to public safety and order in Poland.
The basis for the decision to forcibly return the foreigners was mainly Article 302, paragraphs 1 and 9 of the Act on Foreigners of December 12, 2013, namely considerations of national defense or security, the protection of public safety and order, or the interests of the Republic of Poland.
Notably, the data of the returned Ukrainians were included on the list of individuals whose presence in the territory of the Republic of Poland is considered undesirable.
It should be noted that this is not the first case of Ukrainians being deported from Poland. Last year, for example, a Ukrainian blogger was deported after statements about living in Moscow and controversial videos.
Moreover, he was then banned from entering the Schengen area for the next ten years.
It is also worth mentioning a recent case in Poland. Earlier this month, the Polish police detained two teenagers suspected of desecrating a monument to the Volhynia tragedy and carrying out other provocations on behalf of Russian intelligence services.
The aim of such actions, according to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, is to escalate tensions between Poland and Ukraine.
