A plane crashed onto a highway in Malaysia, at least 10 people lost their lives as a result of the tragedy, BBC reports.
According to local police, two motorists and eight people on board lost their lives when the plane crashed onto a local road.
The Beechcraft Model 390 was en route from Langkawi to Selangor. It crashed into a car and a motorbike on a highway as it attempted to land.
The Selangor police chief said the aircraft had lost contact with the air traffic control tower two minutes before it was supposed to land at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport.
As reported by CNN, the plane collided with a car and a motorcycle.
"No one survived the crash. Victims (on the road) will also still need to be identified, will update in due time. Forensic confirmation needs to be taken," said Transport Minister Anthony Loke during a press conference.
