Many of us use smartphones for entertainment and socializing, playing popular games like Wordle, Connections, and Strands. However, as one very famous person recently admitted, they only play one mobile game, and it's likely the one you've heard of, reports CNET.

What game Barack Obama plays

Former US President Barack Obama revealed that the only game on his phone is Words With Friends.

Obama explained that he plays this word game to maintain a friendly connection with longtime White House photographer Pete Souza.

"I could be in the middle of negotiations on a nuclear treaty, and if that ping goes off, there's a part of me that's like, 'I wonder what [word] he [Pete Souza] played."

Words With Friends is similar to the classic board game Scrabble, though it's not directly associated with it. The game was released in 2009 and is owned by Zynga. It's available on iOS and Android devices.

Players take turns forming words on the game board using their seven letters, trying to score as many points as possible and using bonus squares to double or triple their score.

As of Tuesday, Words With Friends ranks 14th among free word games on Apple's App Store.

Earlier, we reported that Biden warned of potentially tough times for the US under Trump.
