Passengers on Spanish trains can now travel for just 7 euros: Details
The Spanish railway network Renfe has announced a ticket sale for 7 euros. Travel at this price will be available from May 21st, according to the company's page on Facebook.
The promotional price will apply to popular routes of the budget railway company Avlo. The sale of 70,000 tickets at a price of 7 euros is dedicated to the launch of 10 new high-speed trains of the S106 model from the manufacturer Talgo, scheduled for May 21, 2024.
Cheap tickets for trips from May 21st to July 21st can be purchased for the following routes:
- Madrid – Valencia;
- Madrid – Seville;
- Madrid – Zaragoza – Barcelona;
- Madrid – Malaga;
- Barcelona – Valencia;
- Alicante – Madrid;
- Murcia – Valladolid;
- Valladolid – Alicante.
Passengers are promised a comfortable journey in modern Talgo S-106 trains, which can reach speeds of up to 330 km/h. Each train consists of 12 cars with a total capacity ranging from 507 to 581 seats.
Another country will launch tickets for 49 euros. In July and August, the privilege will be available to around 700,000 people in France.
