ATESH partisans have disabled electrical equipment at a plant in Russia’s Rostov region that produces rocket fuel. The target was the Kamensky plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, according to the ATESH

The Kamensky plant supplies electricity to a military-industrial facility that produces solid rocket propellant for the Uragan, Smerch and Tornado-S multiple-launch rocket systems, as well as aviation systems.

According to the report, damage to a power distribution unit is causing localized disruptions to the facility’s operations and will require time to repair the equipment.

“Such incidents inevitably disrupt production chains and force plant specialists to focus on restoration work instead of manufacturing products,” the partisans wrote.

Similar targeted operations behind the front lines also complicate logistics and the work of facilities involved in supplying the Russian military.

“We continue to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in rear infrastructure that supports the war,” ATESH added.

Earlier, AТESH partisans claimed to have infiltrated the strategic Fiolent enterprise in temporarily occupied Crimea.
