Agents of the ATESH movement damaged a piece of railway infrastructure used by Russian forces in the temporarily occupied part of the Donetsk region, near Yasynuvata, according to the movement’s Telegram channel.
"An ATESH agent carried out a successful sabotage operation near Yasynuvata in the Donetsk region. He set fire to a relay cabinet on a railway section that serves as a key route to Donetsk," the ATESH movement stated.
It was reported that military units, warehouses, and industrial facilities are located near this rail line, making it a regular route for transporting military supplies to the Russian forces.
"We chose the right moment to strike, and as a result, a fuel train for the occupiers arrived with a significant delay, disrupting the enemy’s plans," the resistance movement added.
Successful operations by ATESH agents
Recently, partisans in the Henichesk district of Crimea destroyed a vehicle belonging to Russian forces that was equipped for drone operations and electronic warfare.
Earlier, partisans identified weak points in the defenses of Balaklava Bay in Crimea and carried out a successful sabotage on a newly built railway section.
In addition, in June, ATESH agents noticed active movements of Russian troops in temporarily occupied Crimea. According to them, this was an attempt by the Russians to simulate preparations for a possible crossing of the Dnipro River.
