Agents of the ATESH movement carried out a successful sabotage operation in Bryansk, managing to burn a military electric locomotive and disrupt Russian logistics, according to the ATESH Telegram channel.
"Our agents carried out a successful sabotage operation in Bryansk, delivering a precise strike on a critical element of the enemy’s railway logistics. We destroyed an electric locomotive that was used to transport military cargo," the statement said.
The partisans emphasized that Bryansk is a key logistical hub that ensures supplies for Russia’s Northern military grouping and the transfer of reserves to border regions.
They added that destroying the locomotive at this hub created significant supply problems for the enemy. In particular, train schedules carrying ammunition, equipment, and fuel destined for the front line in Sumy region were disrupted.
"This operation proves that the enemy’s rear is not a safe zone. Atesh agents are operating in Russia's logistical centers, disrupting the supplies that the entire military machine relies on," the partisans said.
Other incidents
A week ago, on November 23, Atesh agents also reported destroying an electric locomotive used to transport military cargo. The sabotage took place in Rostov-on-Don.
It was also reported that on the night of November 16, partisans carried out a successful operation near Novobohdanivka in the Melitopol district of Zaporizhzhia region. They set fire to a relay cabinet on a key railway section, slowing down Russian military trains.
