Authorities have reported the consequences of one of the largest air attacks on Ternopil, with dozens of aerial targets recorded, casualties reported, and infrastructure damaged, according to the head of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration, Taras Pastukh.

Massive attack and targets in the sky

The Ternopil region came under a powerful air strike. According to preliminary data, more than 50 Shahed drone UAVs were detected over the region, some of which exploded mid-air. This is considered one of the most intense attacks in recent times.

Hits and destruction

At present, ten people are reported injured. Some are in serious condition. All victims are receiving necessary medical care. No fatalities have been reported so far.

Warning for residents

Reports indicate that dangerous debris may remain in the city following the attack. Residents are urged not to approach or touch suspicious objects. Parents are advised to warn children about the danger.

If potentially dangerous items are found, residents should call 101. The situation is under control, and updates are ongoing.

It should be noted that on the night of May 1, Russian forces also attacked Odesa with drones, hitting residential high-rise buildings. A fire broke out in a 16-story building, and another high-rise was struck, causing fires on the 11th and 12th floors.
