The Evocation.info OSINT team has identified the Russian man who was praising the jet-powered Shaheds produced by his company to Russian President Vladimir Putin as they attacked Kyiv, according to Evocation.info.
On the evening of October 2, following another strike by a jet-powered drone on the Southern Bridge in Kyiv, a video appeared online showing a presentation of the so-called Geran-4 and Geran-5 drones to Putin during the Center-2026 exercises at the Chebarkulsky training ground.
In the video, a man in a suit praises the capabilities of the drones, ending his presentation with the words. "We are ready to continue striking the enemy in the same way. That concludes my report!"
After that, Putin shook his hand and then suddenly hugged him.
OSINT investigators managed to establish who the man was, as well as details about him and his family.
The "father" of the jet-powered Shaheds turned out to be Ildar Tazutdinov, deputy general director for work with key partners at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, the manufacturer of the Shaheds.

Jet-powered Shaheds attack Ukraine daily
Russia has recently begun actively using jet-powered Shahed drones against Ukraine. In particular, Kyiv and the surrounding region are attacked every day by dozens, and sometimes hundreds, of these drones.
Ukraine is developing and already deploying interceptors against jet-powered Shaheds, as they are significantly more difficult to shoot down than conventional drones.
Yesterday, fighters from the National Guard of Ukraine’s Lasar’s Group destroyed a Russian Geran-5 jet-powered attack drone for the second time in recent days. The interception was carried out using the Ukrainian-made P1-SUN JetKiller developed by SkyFall.
