Odesa region attacked by Shaheds - First photos of aftermath of overnight attack appeared
Russia once again attacked the southern regions of Ukraine with drones of the Shahed type. Ukraine's Air Defense Forces managed to shoot down most of the drones, according to Oleh Kiper, the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration
According to his information, Russia conducted a drone attack on the Odesa region for two hours. Most of the drones were successfully intercepted. However, in the Izmail district, there were hits on port infrastructure.
"Two men, truck drivers, were injured. One of them received medical assistance on the spot, while the other, with a severe hand injury, was hospitalized," Kiper wrote.
He reported that the drone attack resulted in damage to a border checkpoint building, warehouse facilities, about 30 trucks, and six trucks caught fire. Fortunately, firefighters managed to extinguish the fires.

Around midnight on September 26, in several regions of Ukraine, there were alerts due to the threat of enemy attacks using combat drones. Reports indicated that air defense systems were active in several Ukrainian regions.
