The death toll from the Russian strike on Odesa on the morning of June 17 has risen to two people. The body of another woman was found under the rubble, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

"Unfortunately, the number of victims of the Russian drone attack has increased. The body of a 78-year-old woman was just found under the rubble. I express my sincere condolences to the family of the deceased," Kiper reported.

According to him, a total of 26 people sought medical help. All the injured received the necessary assistance and continue treatment on an outpatient basis.

The aftermath of the enemy attack is being cleared at the sites. Utility services are working.

Strike on Odesa

On the morning of June 17, Russian forces launched a massive strike on Odesa using attack drones. Once again, the enemy targeted civilian infrastructure.

Earlier reports stated that one person was killed and 19 were injured as a result of the attack. One of the injured was hospitalized.

The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration reported extensive damage: residential buildings, a kindergarten, an inclusive center, garages, and other facilities were destroyed. Fires broke out in several locations.
