Janice Smalls Combs, the mother of the scandalous producer P. Diddy, has spoken out in defense of her son, reports Page Six. He is accused of racketeering, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

The woman made a statement through her lawyer, in which she categorically rejected the allegations against Sean Combs.

She called them a lie and admitted that it was slander that was literally tearing her soul apart.

“My son is not the monster they have painted him to be, and he deserves the chance to tell his side. I can only pray that I am alive to see him speak his truth and be vindicated... To bear witness what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words. Like every human being, my son deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence,” Janice said.

The producer's mother also commented on the surveillance footage that shows Diddy beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in the hotel.

She says that her son is not perfect and made mistakes, he tried to hide the incident. However, she believes that the 54-year-old artist settled the case out of court last year.

Since the beginning of the investigation, Janice has been actively supporting her son. The large amount of bail that Combs offered to the court for his freedom is equal to the cost of two mansions: one belonging to the musician and the other to his mother.

Sean Combs was arrested in September on charges of human trafficking for sexual exploitation, fraud, and organizing transportation for sex workers.

He pleaded not guilty and tried to be released on bail, but was denied. Many celebrities who attended his famous parties began to worry about testifying in court.
