North Korean soldiers already in Russia: SPRAVDI reveals video evidence
North Korean soldiers are already on Russian territory, being issued Russian military uniforms, according to the Strategic Communications and Information Security Center SPRAVDI on Facebook.
The Center released a video showing North Korean soldiers being outfitted in Russian military uniforms.
"These are recent footage, no older than 72 hours. This is the Sergeyevsky training ground in Russia's Far East," the Center clarified.
North Korea has sent soldiers to Russia
On October 16, a source in Ukraine’s Defense Forces informed RBC-Ukraine that Russia was preparing over 10,000 North Korean troops in the Far East.
Later, RBC-Ukraine’s sources in intelligence confirmed that North Korean soldiers are being trained at four military training grounds in Russia.
On October 18, Ukraine’s intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov stated that around 11,000 North Korean soldiers would be sent to fight in the war against Ukraine by November.
North Korea had previously only provided military assistance to Russia and was not directly involved in the war against Ukraine. However, after the signing of a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between Russia and North Korea, the nature of the assistance has changed.
