North Korean missiles destroyed at Voronezh region military warehouse
Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a military depot in the Voronezh region. It is known that North Korean missiles were located there, states Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation.
“An ammunition depot in Soldatskoye, Voronezh region, was struck,” Kovalenko said.
He noted that Korean missiles, which Russian leader Vladimir Putin had actually begged for from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, were destroyed.
“The same fate awaits the Iranian missiles,” added the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation.
The Russians are running out of stockpiles. Massive shelling of Ukraine has led to the disappearance of ammunition accumulated over the years, and the aggressors do not have time to produce new ones.
Instead, Putin decided to enlist the support of his partners. At first, the leader turned to Iran and agreed on the supply of drones, and then he reached Kim Jong-un. RBC-Ukraine reported that back in January, the United States and its allies issued a joint statement against arms sales between the DPRK and Russia, including Moscow's purchase of North Korean ballistic missiles and their use against Ukraine.
However, cooperation between the two countries has not stopped, and Russia continues to strike Ukraine with DPRK missiles.
South Korea believes that the Russians could have received at least five million rounds of ammunition from the DPRK. In return, North Korea could have received technology for space satellites and conventional weapons from Russia.
