Night shelling in Odesa: Multistory building damaged in one of city's districts
Russian troops attacked Odesa with kamikaze drones overnight. As a result, several buildings in the Prymorskyi district of the city were damaged, according to the Odesa City Hall's Telegram channel.
"At night, Odesa experienced another Shahed attack. Residential buildings were damaged again, this time in the Prymorskyi district. There is no information about hospitalizations; rescuers and medical personnel are assisting on-site," according to the city hall's statement.
It is also reported that municipal services will begin eliminating the consequences of the enemy strike after receiving permission from the operational services.
Shelling of Odesa on January 24
Late in the evening yesterday, January 24, there were reports of explosions in Odesa. Later, Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, stated that the Russian army attacked the city with kamikaze drones, and a man was injured as a result of the shelling. According to Kiper, there is damage to civilian residential infrastructure.
Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs showed the consequences of the evening shelling of Odesa by occupiers. According to the mayor of the city, Hennadiy Trukhanov, a residential high-rise building was damaged in the Khadzhibey district, and warehouse premises were also burned.
