In Kyiv, debris from a downed UAV fell in two districts, causing a fire in a kindergarten, according to the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko and the Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Serhii Popko.

Debris from the UAV fell in the Pecherskyi and Solomianskyi districts of Kyiv. Emergency services are en route to the scene.

"In the Pecherskyi district of the capital, debris fell from a downed UAV. All services are heading to the scene. Calls for medical assistance in the Solomianskyi district. Brigades have been dispatched," said the mayor of Kyiv.

Fire broke out in a kindergarten

Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) Serhii Popko reported that due to the debris falling from the UAV in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, a fire occurred on the territory of a kindergarten.

"As a result of the downing of enemy UAVs and the debris falling in the Solomianskyi district, a fire broke out on the territory of a kindergarten. Information about the injured is being clarified. All emergency services are involved," said Popko.

Vitaliy Klitschko reported that the fire occurred both inside the kindergarten building and on its open territory in the Solomianskyi district.

"In the Solomianskyi district, due to the debris falling from the UAV, a fire broke out inside the kindergarten building. Also, there is a fire in the open territory in this area. The firefighting and rescue service is on the scene," said Klitschko.

Several buildings damaged by explosions

According to Popko, in the Solomianskyi district, damage to windows in apartments has been recorded in some buildings.

"As a result of the downing of enemy UAVs in the Solomianskyi district, damage to windows in apartments has been recorded in some buildings. Take shelter, stay away from windows and glass. The air defense forces are still in action," Popko reported.

Information about the casualties is being clarified. The attack of enemy drones is not over. Stay in shelters until further notice," Popko wrote.

Night attack on Kyiv

During the night of November 25, an air raid was announced in Kyiv. The Kyiv City State Administration warned of drone attacks and urged not to ignore the air raid alarm.

Closer to morning, residents of some districts of Kyiv heard explosions. Local authorities reported the operation of air defense. The Air Force warned of the threat of drone kamikaze attacks on Kyiv from several directions.

Later, the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko, stated that several groups of drones were heading toward the city.
