US Senator Lindsey Graham has called on the world to punish China for purchasing Russian oil and supporting Russia’s war against Ukraine. He stated that such actions directly enable Moscow to continue its aggression, and that to stop the war, China must end this support.
Graham on Russia's brutality and call to action
The senator emphasized that Russia is indiscriminately killing Ukrainian men, women, and children. In his view, it’s time for the international community to take a firm stand, including by holding China and other countries accountable for buying cheap Russian oil and fueling Putin’s war machine.
Graham urges pressure on China
"If you want this war to end, push China to help end it," Graham stressed, urging tougher sanctions and oversight of countries cooperating with Russia militarily.
The ever-resourceful Ukraine used creative drone warfare tactics to successfully attack Russian bombers and military assets used to kill Ukrainian citizens and destroy their country.
