Russia plans to mobilize an additional 130,000 people into the army by the end of the year, impacting the occupied territories of Ukraine, according to the National Resistance Center.

According to the National Resistance Center's information, Russians plan to mobilize 130,000 people from October 1 to December 31 this year.

"Particularly, illegal mobilization measures will take place in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The largest mobilization is planned for the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea," the statement said.

Who manages this process

The mobilization plan in the temporarily occupied territories is personally supervised by the Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dimitry Medvedev, who visited the occupied part of the Donetsk region in September.

Mobilization in Russia

Recently, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that during the new wave of mobilization, Russia intends to call up from 400,000 to 700,000 people. This mobilization will affect Chechnya and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The publication "Important Stories" reported that mobilized Russians die in the war in Ukraine on average four to five months after receiving a summons, and every fifth occupier does not survive even two months.

Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, stated that mobilization in Russia is ongoing permanently, mostly bypassing Moscow residents. However, in the future, it will also affect them.
