Meghan Markle’s friend shares rare glimpse into her and Harry’s life in the UK

Meghan Markle’s close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen visited the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry in the UK. She shared personal photos from the trip showing family time, the couple’s daughter Lilibet, and gatherings with friends, according to Zajfen’s Instagram.
How Meghan and Harry live in the UK
Kelly became the first friend of the Duchess of Sussex from California to visit her after the move. On September 23, she posted a series of photos from the trip.
In one photo, Markle is holding her friend’s young son Jack during a cozy lunch at a pub. In another, Prince Harry is playing with the baby on the floor.
"We’re having such a wonderful time. There’s something so special about seeing this magical place with my best friend and bringing my sweet Jack along for the adventure," Zajfen wrote.

She also said that she was happy to witness this new chapter in Meghan’s life and share her young son’s first impressions of the trip with her.
"Family time was exactly what the soul needed. And some mashed potatoes and fish and chips," the Duchess’s friend added.

In another photo, Markle poses with Kelly and longtime friend Markus Anderson. The group played mahjong in the garden and spent time together over glasses of wine.

Lilibet spent time with Meghan’s friend’s son
One of the photos also features the couple’s five-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet. The girl is spending time with little Jack.
Seven-year-old Prince Archie and Lilibet both started at a new school in the UK this month. The family arrived in England on August 26.

What is known about Meghan and Harry’s move
The couple began a new chapter after six years of living in the US. Sources cited Harry’s desire for his children to know the country where he grew up better and understand their family background as one of the reasons for the return to the UK. It is also important to Meghan that they get to know both of their parents’ worlds.
Since the move, the family has already shared glimpses of their new life. Meghan posted a video of the children in the countryside, while Harry has started appearing regularly at charity events again. According to sources, they plan to live in the UK for an extended period, although there are no plans for them to return to official royal duties.
