A medical aircraft believed to be carrying Adam Kadyrov, the son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has landed at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport. Ramzan Kadyrov’s plane touched down shortly afterward, according to monitoring channels and Russian media.

The An-148-100-EM flying hospital operated by Russia’s Emergency Situations Ministry, which departed Grozny earlier today following reports of a traffic accident involving Ramzan Kadyrov’s son Adam, landed at Vnukovo at 01:10 Moscow time, according to FlightRadar data.

Shortly after the medical aircraft, an Airbus with tail number RA-73417, operated by RusJet, a company linked to former Russian lawmaker and investor Yevgeny Tugolukov, departed for Moscow. According to leaked data from Russia’s FSB Border Service, Ramzan Kadyrov has regularly used this aircraft in recent years to fly to the UAE.

Earlier, Adam Kadyrov, the son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, was involved in a traffic accident in Grozny. He is reported to be in serious condition. Initial reports said that after the crash, he was to be resuscitated and transported to Moscow.

Kadyrov’s son’s motorcade was traveling at high speed when an obstacle appeared on the road. As a result, the vehicles collided with each other, leaving several people injured.

Recently, RBC-Ukraine, citing sources, reported that Ramzan Kadyrov himself is hospitalized after suffering kidney failure. The Chechen leader is currently in the hospital, and family members, including some from abroad, have already arrived to see him.

As early as May, reports emerged that due to a deterioration in his health, Kadyrov was preparing a successor as head of Chechnya. Media outlets suggested that his son, Adam, could be a potential successor.
