Meat flatbread rolls, great for breakfast or snack

Ingredients:
- Lavash (thin flatbread) - 600 g
- Chicken minced meat - 500 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Rice - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 30 ml
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Dry garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Italian herbs - 1 teaspoon
- Finely chopped mushrooms (optional) - 200 g
Directions:
1. In a pan, melt butter and oil. Dice the onion and add it to the pan along with the minced chichen meat, mix together.
2. After the meat whitens, add salt and pepper, sauté for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, dry garlic, and Italian herbs to the minced meat, mix.
3. Pour 100 ml of water into the meat, and add pre-cooked rice. Grate the cheese on a large grater. Remove the filling from heat and sprinkle with cheese, mix. Add mayonnaise to the filling, mix.
4. Cut your lavash into small rectangles and place the filling on them. Roll up the filling in lavash, tucking the ends inside.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add milk, and whisk. Dip each roll into the egg mixture and place it in the pan.
6. Fry the rolls on both sides until golden brown. Done!
