Mayor of Kharkiv describes consequences of Russian overnight strike on city
The Mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, has reported on the aftermath of a nighttime Russian airstrike in the city on the night of March 28, according to his Telegram channel.
According to the Mayor of Kharkiv, the occupiers struck the Kyivskyi district of the city.
"The Kyivskyi district was hit. A restaurant was destroyed, and windows were smashed in the neighboring building," the mayor wrote.
The mayor informed us that the relevant services were working at the site of the strike. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties or injuries.
Russian strikes on Kharkiv
During the night of March 28, Russians launched drones over Kharkiv. There were at least two explosions in the city.
An hour later, Russian forces struck the city again.
Also, during the day on March 27, Russian forces struck Kharkiv. Residents of the city heard explosions.
Later, it became known that the Russians struck a residential area and an institute of emergency surgery in Kharkiv. There are casualties and injuries as a result of the shelling.
According to the chief of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, the terrorists attacked the city with a guided projectile UMFB D-30, which can be launched from both an aircraft and an MLRS Smerch.
