During the night of July 24, Russian forces launched over 30 UAVs against the city of Odesa. The attack left four people injured, the Prosecutor's General Office reports.

During the strike, Russian forces targeted civilian infrastructure, causing extensive damage:

  • A nine-story residential building was hit, with apartments destroyed from the 5th to the 8th floors;
  • Office spaces, a gas station, a two-story building, and market stalls at the Pryvoz Market were also damaged.

Furthermore, Russian terrorists struck historical buildings in central Odesa, including UNESCO-protected architectural landmarks.

"A site inspection is currently underway to determine the full extent of the damage and the scale of destruction. Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the enemy's attack," the Prosecutor General's Office wrote.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russian troops have continued to shell Ukrainian settlements without pause. The enemy uses a wide range of weapons - from various types of missiles and guided aerial bombs to artillery and drones. Drones have become especially frequent, with nightly launches being the norm.

According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the enemy used the following weapons overnight:

  • 103 drones, most of them Shahed UAVs;
  • 4 missiles.
