ChatGPT experienced a disruption — users from various countries are reporting no responses from the system and issues with loading, according to OpenAI and Downdetector.

OpenAI confirmed the existence of technical issues and emphasized that the causes are currently being investigated.

"Users are unable to load ChatGPT and Codex. We are continuing to investigate the issue for the listed services," the official statement said.

In addition, the company warned that users may experience issues accessing ChatGPT Business for up to an hour after updates or the addition of new licenses.

The Downdetector platform, which tracks the status of online services, reports ongoing issues with ChatGPT. Users are complaining about being unable to load chat history, long response delays, or a complete lack of response to queries.

Opera developers have launched a Browser Connector feature that integrates ChatGPT and Claude directly into the Opera One and Opera GX interface. Thanks to this, neural networks can now analyze the content of open web pages in real time.

We also wrote that OpenAI is launching a new ChatGPT Pro plan costing $100 per month. The subscription is designed for highly intensive use of the Codex tool and aims to strengthen the company’s position in competition with its rival, Anthropic.

OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic have joined forces to prevent Chinese companies from copying their advanced AI technologies. Through the Frontier Model Forum platform, industry giants are sharing data to counter "hostile distillation" of their models.
