Macron on Russian strike near Sumy: Trump will react to Putin's cynicism

French President Emmanuel Macron believes that his American counterpart Donald Trump will react to today's Russian attack on an evacuation bus in the Sumy region, reports BFMTV.
Commenting on today's attack, Macron actually called the incident Putin's cynicism.
“Faced with the cynicism (of Kremlin head Vladimir Putin - ed.), I believe, I am even sure, that President Trump, concerned about the reputation of the United States of America, will react. The American people have elected a president. He came with a charitable purpose: to make peace, and he said he would involve everyone in achieving peace,” Macron said at a joint press conference with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Russian strike on evacuation bus in Sumy region
A Russian Lancet kamikaze drone hit an evacuation minibus in the Sumy region that was evacuating civilians from Bilopillia this morning.
The attack killed 9 people and injured 7 others. Most of the victims were elderly women.
Later, the Sumy Regional State Administration said that the authorities had decided to change the routes of passenger transport and were now working on new safe routes together with the military.
