The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has published an updated ranking, which brought both positive changes for some Ukrainian players and ranking losses for the national team's top representatives. The biggest changes affected Elina Svitolina, Anhelina Kalinina, and Oleksandra Oliinykova, according to the official WTA website.

Svitolina loses ground

Elina Svitolina remains Ukraine's top-ranked player, but this week she dropped to 14th in the world rankings (-1).

This week marks her 361st career week among the top 20 players in the world.

Kostyuk holds her position, Yastremska and Starodubtseva drop one spot each.

Marta Kostyuk held onto her 26th position, remaining the second-ranked Ukrainian player.

Meanwhile, Dayana Yastremska, third in the national ranking, dropped to 46th place (-1).

Yuliia Starodubtseva also showed a slight decline – now in 68th place (-1).

Kalinina drops out of the top 100

Anhelina Kalinina, who had remained in the top 100 for a long time, dropped out this week and fell to 101st place, losing five positions at once.

Biggest progress and decline

Oleksandra Oliynykova's positive development was that she climbed to 195th place (+7) and debuted in the WTA top 200 for the first time in her career.

Even greater progress was made by the young 21-year-old player Olena Hrekul, who jumped 92 spots and now holds the 1285th position.

Mariya Poduraeva suffered the biggest drop among Ukrainian players this week—she fell 40 positions and is now in 1356th place.
