Lady Gaga released long-awaited album Mayhem, on which she worked for 5 years

The American singer Lady Gaga has released a new album "Mayhem", which became her first full-fledged work in the last five years. The album contains 14 tracks, including such well-known hits as "Die With a Smile", "Disease", and "Abracadabra".
What is known about the album "Mayhem"
Bruno Mars and the French electronic musician Gesaffelstein took part in the recording of "Mayhem".
The former can be heard in the track "Die With a Smile" and the latter in "Killah". Also working on the material was businessman and entrepreneur Michael Polanski, who is Lady Gaga's fiancé.
He became a co-writer of many songs. To create the track "Abracadabra," Gaga used a sample from the song "Spellbound" by Siouxsie and the Banshees, whose members are listed in the song's credits.
During the announcement of Mayhem, Lady Gaga spoke about the album's musical diversity and the influence of various genres and artists, including 1990s alternative, French electronica, David Bowie and Prince.
She also hinted at the similarities between the new release and her earlier works, including the hit "Bad Romance."
Currently, the star's new album tops the iTunes chart in 28 countries and Apple Music in six countries.
