Heavy smoke is reported at the Lukianivska metro station in Kyiv. Social media suggests that a fire broke out near the station due to the Russian Shahed drone attack, according to local sources.

In particular, the local Telegram channel Real Kyiv has posted videos showing thick smoke inside the station, where many people are currently sheltering.

It’s important to note that during air raid alerts, the metro operates as a shelter for civilians.

On the night of July 21, the Russian army launched a massive attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones, as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.
