Kyiv hit again in morning as drone attack continues from overnight: What we know

In Kyiv, Russian drone attacks overnight on September 26 caused fires and damage in several districts of the capital, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
According to the mayor, a fire broke out in the Darnytskyi district in an area near warehouse buildings. Rescuers have already extinguished the fire.
In the Obolonskyi district, debris fell near a residential building. As a result, windows were damaged and shattered. At the same time, there was no fire or serious structural damage inside the building.
In the Solomianskyi district, a UAV crash caused the roof of an office building to catch fire. The fire was extinguished.
At the same time, firefighters and rescuers are continuing to battle a fire and conduct a search and rescue operation at a five-story residential building in the same district. Four people were found injured there.
Another fire broke out in the Sviatoshynskyi district. According to Klitschko, a UAV fell on the grounds of a shopping mall, causing one of the stores to catch fire and be destroyed. The fire has already been extinguished.
Thus, the aftermath of the overnight attack was recorded in at least four districts of Kyiv. Rescuers and other emergency services continue to work at the sites.
At 8:50 a.m., Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported another UAV strike in the Solomianskyi district. The strike caused fires and heavy smoke in an office building, and emergency services were heading to the scene.
As a reminder, overnight on September 26, Russia attacked Kyiv and Kharkiv with attack drones. Fires were reported in both cities as a result of the attack, and people were injured in one of them. In the capital, fires broke out in several districts, while in Kharkiv, several strikes and four injured people were reported.
Zaporizhzhia was also targeted, where the attack caused a house and a market to catch fire. There were fatalities and injuries, including a child among those wounded.
