The Russian Federation has launched the most massive air attack since the beginning of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In total, the enemy used 158 different missiles and drones, not all of which were shot down, and there were hits in many cities.

Sources used: data from the Air Force of Ukraine, Regional Military Administrations and prosecutors, and exclusive photos of RBC-Ukraine.

Today, Russians attacked critical infrastructure, industrial and military facilities. There were casualties. At the moment, more than 10 people have been killed.

At first, they launched Shaheds at the western regions. Around 03:00, the enemy took off with 18 Tu-95MS strategic bombers, which launched at least 90 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles.

From the Kursk region, Ukrainian cities were attacked by Tu-22M3 long-range bombers, which launched eight Kh-22/Kh-32 cruise missiles in the direction of the northern and central regions. At the same time, they attacked Kharkiv with S-300 anti-aircraft-guided missiles.

In total, the Russians fired at least 14 ballistic missiles - S-300/S-400/Iskander-M - from the occupied Crimea, Kursk and Belgorod regions. In the morning, MiG-31K fighters fired five Kinzhal aerial ballistic missiles. Su-35s used four Kh-31P and one Kh-59 anti-aircraft missiles.

According to preliminary data, Russia used a total of 158 air attack weapons: missiles of various types and attack UAVs. The Ukrainian Air Force, in cooperation with the Defense Forces, destroyed:

  • 27 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs
  • 87 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles

No interceptions of ballistic Kinzhal have been reported. In general, arrivals were recorded in many cities, mostly in regional centers.

Kyiv

About 30 air targets were shot down over Kyiv today. The attack damaged the building of the Lukyanivska metro station. It was temporarily closed, but as of now, it has resumed operation.

In addition, an unfinished business center and a residential building were damaged in the Shevchenkivskyi district, and there were fires in garages, warehouses, and non-residential buildings.

In addition, a large warehouse in the Podilskyi district was on fire, and people are being searched for there, according to the State Emergency Service, up to 10 people may be under the rubble.

In the Sviatoshynskyi district, a fire broke out in an unoccupied high-rise building, three cars burned down, and a high-rise building and a private house were damaged in the Darnytskyi district.

According to the latest reports, 28 people were injured in the rocket attack in Kyiv. 3 people were killed.

Dnipro

In the morning, rockets attacked Dnipro. As of today, there are five dead and more than 20 wounded. A missile hit a shopping center, causing a fire.

A private house, a six-story building, and a maternity hospital were also damaged. The rescue operation continues, and there may be people under the rubble.

Lviv

During a nighttime air raid, 14 Russian Shaheds attacked the Lviv region, eight of which were shot down. One of the enterprises in Lviv was hit, partially destroying the administrative building and production workshops.

In the morning, Russian rockets hit the regional center. As a result, 13 people were injured. There are reports of partial destruction of 13 high-rise buildings and two schools. Many cars were damaged.

So far, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, one person has been killed.

In addition, an infrastructure facility in the Drohobych district of Lviv region was hit. No details yet, but no casualties.

Kharkiv

During enemy rocket attacks in Kharkiv, the premises of the Regional Oncology Center were damaged. About 70 windows were smashed in several buildings and the roof was damaged. There were no injuries among the medical staff or patients.

In total, the occupiers launched more than 20 strikes with S-300 missiles. There was also destruction and damage to warehouse and industrial buildings, a transportation depot, and one of the enterprises.

The strikes killed three men who were employees of the enterprise. Another 11 people were injured.

Odesa

At night, the city was attacked by Russian drones. In particular, a mothballed building of an infrastructure facility was hit. The wreckage of a downed drone also damaged a 17-story building. A fire broke out, but there were no casualties, and 23 people were rescued.

In the morning, Russia fired rockets at Odesa. Residential buildings were hit, including a three-story building, killing three residents and injuring 15 others, including two children aged 6 and 8.

All the injured are receiving medical care. Two of the wounded are in serious condition.

In addition, the lyceum was damaged. Fortunately, there were no children there, they were on vacation, and the staff was in a shelter during the air raid.

Zaporizhzhia

Zaporizhzhia came under a massive Russian attack between 07:30 a.m. and 08:25 a.m. Several businesses were attacked, one rocket fell in an open area, and another destroyed a private house. The blast wave and debris damaged high-rise buildings.

Information about all the locations of hits, damage, and casualties is being clarified. At the moment, there are four dead and more than 10 injured.

Konotop

Russian missiles also attacked Konotop in the Sumy region. As a result, two civilians were wounded.

The premises of the service station and residential buildings were reportedly damaged. One car burned down completely.
