Kyiv district most affected by Russian missile attack: Photo report
During today's massive missile attack, the main target for Russians was the capital of Ukraine. There are overall consequences in six districts, with the most extensive damage in Solomianskyi, where an apartment building was devastated, resulting in fatalities and dozens injured.
RBC-Ukraine provides a photo report from the scene.
According to the latest data, at least 49 people were injured in one of the buildings in the Solomianskyi district, where a fire broke out due to the Russian missile attack.

There are also reports of two fatalities in the Ukrainian capital.

An RBC-Ukraine correspondent visited the site in Solomianskyi district, where a significantly damaged multi-story apartment building is located. Search and rescue operations are currently ongoing there. The fire in the building has been successfully localized.

It is also known that one of the deceased is an 86 years old woman. She died from injuries in the ambulance.

Consequences of the attack in Kyiv
During today's mass shelling of Ukraine, Russian forces deployed nearly a hundred missiles, with around 70 of them being intercepted, and almost 60 of those in the Kyiv region. The situation in the districts of the capital is described below:
- In Desnianskyi district of the capital, there is reportedly a fire in a supermarket
- In Darnytskyi district, non-residential premises were damaged
- In Holosiivskyi district, debris fell on open territory
- In Pecherskyi district, debris fell on the roof of a 9-story residential building and another multi-story building, as well as a private house
- In Obolonskyi district, a fire broke out in a residential building, and debris fell on the territory of non-residential construction and warehouses
- In Sviatoshynskyi district, debris fell on non-residential construction
- In Podilskyi district, a fire broke out in the market area, damaging a gas pipe, water supply mains, and approximately six vehicles caught fire, and debris fell on non-residential construction
- In Shevchenkivskyi district, debris fell on open territory.
