Kremlin responds to US talk of sending Tomahawks to Ukraine

The Kremlin responded to reports about the possible transfer of long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, stating that Moscow is analyzing the information and assessing potential threats to Russia, according toPutin’s Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
In particular, the Russian Presidential Press Secretary said that the Kremlin had heard the remarks of US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg, who suggested the possibility of supplying Tomahawks to Kyiv. According to Peskov, “reports of such deliveries are being analyzed.”
Russian Presidential Press Secretary added that Russia is allegedly forming a position to understand “who will be involved in the process - Ukrainian or American military personnel.”
When asked by a Russian propagandist what Moscow’s response would be, Peskov avoided a direct answer and instead reiterated the need to determine who would be involved in the process.
The Kremlin Press Secretary also said that there is no “panacea that could currently change the situation on the front for Ukraine.”
Kellogg’s statement and Tomahawk missiles for Ukraine
Earlier, US Presidential Special Envoy Keith Kellogg told Fox News that the White House, and Donald Trump personally, do not object to Ukraine striking targets deep inside Russia.
At the same time, in the same interview, Kellogg clarified that the decision on potentially providing long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine has not yet been made and rests exclusively with Trump.
