Kremlin orders to double number of cinemas within Ukraine's occupied land for propaganda
The Kremlin has decided to double the number of movie theaters in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Ukraine to strengthen propaganda with the forced involvement of the local population. In this way, Russia aims to alter the perception of the occupation for civilians, according to the National Resistance Center of Ukraine.
All budgetary institutions of the TOT were thus instructed to ensure "full halls" when viewing Kremlin propaganda.
"Everything that justifies and glorifies the arbitrariness of the Kremlin’s terrorist elite is used to the maximum to wash the minds of citizens. And especially those who saw for themselves the anti-human nature of Russia," the statement said.
The NRS also reports that in the near future, Russian TV antennas broadcasting propaganda will also start operating again in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.
Propaganda on occupied territories
The Kremlin is trying to sway the opinion of the population in the occupied territories about the correctness of the actions of Vladimir Putin and his invading army.
Thus, new methods of propaganda are constantly appearing within the TOT, targeting all segments of the civilian population, including children.
Representatives of the Russian "Commission for the Protection of Minors' Rights" held lectures in seized schools in the occupied territories to justify Russian aggression against Ukraine.
