Kate Middleton opens up about what gives her strength after battling cancer

Kate Middleton shared her way of recovery after battling cancer. In a new video, the Princess of Wales talked about how nature helps her find inner peace and emotional balance despite difficult times.
On April 14, Kensington Palace released a new video with Middleton. There, the Princess of Wales appears with a group of young scouts. She spoke with Chief Scout Dwayne Fields about her connection with nature and shared how she found peace in nature after fighting cancer.
"I find it a very spiritual and very intense emotional reconnection," said Prince William’s wife.
"Not everyone has that same relationship perhaps with nature, but it is so therefore meaningful for me as a place to balance and find a sort of sense of peace and reconnection in what is otherwise a very busy world," said the Princess of Wales.
Middleton, who is a co-president of the Scout Association, also welcomed the young explorers and showed them landmarks on the map.
For the walk, Middleton chose a fairly simple, casual look. She wore tight, skinny brown jeans, a beige turtleneck sweater, and a bomber jacket. Prince William’s wife completed the look with trekking boots and a cap.
