What to add to marinade

For the marinade (4 servings):
- 1 kilogram of pork neck meat;
- 2 shallots;
- 2 kiwis;
- 2 tomatoes;
- salt, pepper, spices to taste.
Directions:
Rinse the meat, pat it dry, and cut it into medium-sized cubes. Peel and finely chop the kiwis. Mix the pork pieces with kiwi, add spices, salt, pepper, and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Peel the shallots and cut them into 5-millimeter rings. Rinse the tomatoes, pat them dry, and slice them into 1-centimeter rings.
Thread the pork, shallots, and tomatoes onto skewers. Grill over hot charcoal, turning occasionally, for 20-30 minutes. The ready shish kebab can be served immediately. Its flavor will absolutely impress you!
