Iran rebuilding nuclear program and preparing new attacks, Netanyahu says

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave the UAE leader intelligence on Iran's possible resumption of its nuclear program and warned of new attacks, according to CNN.
According to CNN, during his visit to the United Arab Emirates, Netanyahu showed the country's president, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, new Israeli intelligence materials.
An Israeli source familiar with the meeting told the outlet that the intelligence indicates Iran may be resuming work on its nuclear program.
In particular, the discussion focused on new construction at the Pickaxe site, located about 140 miles south of Tehran. According to the Israeli assessment, the site could play an important role in Iran's efforts to revive its nuclear program.
Netanyahu warned of a possible Iranian attack
According to two CNN sources, a senior representative of the Saudi security services also attended the talks.
The sides discussed recent developments in the Middle East, including Houthi activity in Yemen and the situation around the Bab el-Mandeb Strait and the Strait of Hormuz.
As a reminder, the US and Iran failed to reach an agreement during their latest talks, while Qatar's attempts to reach a compromise ended without significant progress.
The sides have different demands: Washington is pushing for nuclear concessions from Iran, while Tehran is demanding that the US ease pressure on it.
