The media received a video recording showing the estate in Gatvanspest belonging to the family of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, according to Telex and Hungarian MP Ákos Hadházy.

Despite numerous denials by the government and the prime minister himself, who refer to the property as his father's “agricultural” estate, the published energy certificates cast doubt on these claims.

Hadházy released documents showing that three of the four new buildings on the property have received energy efficiency certificates.

It is particularly interesting that one of the wings of the estate, located to the west and L-shaped, is officially classified as a “residential building.”

Energy certificates are not required for agricultural facilities, which contradicts the government's statements.

In August, Hadhazi organized a protest outside the estate in Gatwanpusti, but access to the site was guarded by police and residence staff.

Nevertheless, Telex shared a video taken by a drone, which was able to capture the site from above.

The video shows not only luxurious gardens and an underground garage, but also zebras and other animals roaming freely around the property.

According to Hadházy, the western L-shaped wing of the estate is a residential building, while the eastern wing is an industrial building housing a kitchen, restaurant, and cold storage rooms.

The deputy also published photos which, according to him, were taken by a former construction worker.

They feature heating elements laid beneath the park path, eliminating the need for snow clearing, as well as an underground corridor connecting the various buildings of the estate.
