Madonna, after the triumphant conclusion of her large-scale Celebration Tour, traveled from Los Angeles to London accompanied by her 30-year-old boyfriend Akeem Morris. However, it was another companion who drew the most attention — her personal chef, who closely monitors every meal the singer consumes, reports Female First.
How Madonna eats while traveling
The signer's refusal to eat airline meals is a firm principle. According to insiders, ahead of an 11-hour transatlantic flight, her chef prepared fresh sushi for the couple.
This is done to ensure an optimal balance of nutrients while crossing time zones. Sources close to the star say Madonna is extremely strict about her lifestyle and avoids all processed foods, which is why she has the luxury of traveling with a specialist who precisely understands her dietary needs.
Madonna's diet
The secret behind the singer's seemingly endless energy, which allows her to perform demanding choreography alongside much younger dancers, lies in a strict macrobiotic diet.
This eating regimen, popular among Hollywood celebrities, completely excludes sugar, caffeine, and alcohol.
Her daily diet is based exclusively on fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. Functional nutritionist Pauline Cox explains that complex carbohydrates — such as brown rice, legumes, and oats — provide a slow release of energy.
This allows Madonna to withstand extreme physical demands and remain at the top of the pop industry.
New romance, late-night work
The singer travels now with former football player Akeem Morris. Their relationship is becoming increasingly public. The couple not only travels together but also attends major social events, including this year's Met Gala.

However, the star's downtime is relative. Madonna is currently actively working on the visual accompaniment for her upcoming album Confessions II, which is scheduled for release on July 3.

For the shoot, the singer completely changed her schedule and became a night owl, working on set from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The work will result in a 10-minute film based on the first six tracks of the album. The high-profile premiere is set for June 5 at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York.
