In better shape now than at 18. 62-year-old woman on how she created her dream body

American Jacqueline Hooton said that at 62, she feels better than when she was 18. She boasted of her toned figure and told how she created her dream body.
How a woman managed to change her body
At 62, the fitness enthusiast and grandmother proudly shows off her gray locks and graceful physique on social media, proving that women can be gorgeous at any age.
But for Jacqueline, it's more than an image, as she feels better than ever before. Despite the challenges that come with age, she attributes her exceptional fitness to one key practice.
She recently admitted that she is in better shape now than when she was 18, even after having five children.
"One day you wake up and you're 62 years old, and it's not like you imagined when you were 18! My 62-year-old body is very different from my 18-year-old body," she said.
What the woman does regularly
She noted that she had some health problems, including three shoulder surgeries, numerous miscarriages, osteoarthritis, and surgery for a broken wrist after an accident.
However, after 35 years of regular cardiovascular exercise, her body is healthy.
"It's not about looking younger, it's about how we feel and function when we get older. That's what really matters," she added.
She attributes her incredible condition to active aging, including regular workouts and weight lifting.
"At 62, you look incredible. Every year you get better and better - incredible," wrote Jacqueline Hooton under one of the photos.
