Huge fire tears through industrial park outside St. Petersburg, multiple facilities at risk

A fire broke out at an industrial park in the town of Vsevolozhsk, located in Russia's Leningrad region just outside St. Petersburg, OSINT channels report.
"Production facilities for polymer materials are on fire at the Ladoga industrial park in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad region, according to Russia's Emergency Ministry," one Telegram channel reported.
According to Russian emergency services, the fire engulfed a warehouse and production building at 117 Vsevolozhsky Ave., Building 1. The blaze has spread across an area of 5,900 square meters.
The address is home to the Ladoga industrial park, which houses several companies, including Terra-Plast, Mixplast, and the Center for Radiation Technologies. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
"The industrial park near St. Petersburg somehow caught fire on its own. Karma. Not long ago, those bastards burned down the Epicentr shopping mall in Sumy, which had absolutely nothing to do with the military. Another Pandora's box has been opened. Another pointless escalation," an OSINT channel wrote alongside footage of the fire.
The channel also warned Russian businesses to get ready for similar incidents.

Earlier, on July 20, Russian forces struck an Epicentr home improvement hypermarket in Sumy, sparking a massive fire and injuring both adults and children.
RBC-Ukraine also reported that a fuel depot in the Moscow region caught fire the previous day following a drone attack.
