Toxic behavior has become normalized in our society
Sometimes people are very focused on their desires and affairs, so they do not notice that others also have their own lives, schedules, habits, and rules. And these rules are not always the same as those that apply to you.
To avoid conflicts with other people due to your incorrect perception of their behavior, it is worth understanding that you may be doing something wrong and changing your reaction.

Here are examples of toxic behavior:
- Expecting someone to respond to a message immediately after reading it and getting upset if they don't.
- Making someone feel guilty for taking a break and doing nothing at the moment.
- Speaking rudely about someone and calling it constructive criticism.
- Disregarding the feelings and experiences of others because someone else has it much worse.
- Being rude, insulting, or offensive to someone - leaving negative comments to strangers.
- Asserting oneself at the expense of others.
- Uncontrolled anger, aggression, cruelty, cursing in the name of justice or the victory of good.
