Spinach pancakes with juicy filling
"We're making very tasty triangular pancakes with chicken, mushrooms, and stretchy cheese inside. These pancakes with a juicy filling are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. They're just perfect. So delicious," says the chef.
Ingredients for 10-12 pancakes:
- 2 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- 4 tbsp bitter flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp dry garlic
- 30 g fresh or 40 g frozen spinach
Filling:
- cheese
- boiled chicken fillet
- onion
- mushrooms
Instructions
In a blender bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, salt, oil, sugar, dry garlic, fresh or frozen spinach. Mix the batter until smooth and fry the pancakes.
For the filling, sauté the onion, add mushrooms, and cook until done. Then combine in a bowl with finely chopped boiled chicken fillet and grated cheese. Mix well.
Then cut the pancakes in half, fill them with the filling, and fold them into triangles as shown in the video. To make the filling juicy, heat these pancakes on both sides on the grill.
